Tale of the headless sisters.

One Christmas, I gave these cute little sister statues to Janine, Annette, and Deanna. These were purchased via a school fundraiser, and they arrived pre-boxed. On Christmas day, Deanna opened her little package, only to find the head broken clean off! We all died laughing of course, but I’ll admit I was a little embarrassed….until Janine opened hers, and it was headless, too! At that point, we were all laughing our asses off so hard that I didn’t care anymore. Annette’s gift was, of course, headless as well. So, my sweet little gift has since resulted in many hours of laughter. Deanna couldn’t help herself. She saw fit to create this pic from our very formal family portrait, because, well…that’s what Deanna does.
